I’m Insop, and I’m thrilled to be part of the incredible team at Next. I am passionate about shaping the future of software development.

My interests include applications involving large language models and efficient machine learning systems.

Prior to joining Next, I worked at Microsoft, where I focused on leveraging LLMs to boost engineering productivity. My projects included fine-tuning open-source LLMs with internal code and text, developing document assistance tools, and applying AI to various engineering tasks.

When I’m not working, I love running and hiking, especially in the stunning landscapes around my area.
